Conditions of Use

Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. RoseHipOil.net reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
Some content included on Shop Zone of Rosehipoil.net, such as text only for products, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Amazon or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. We’re an affiliate of Amazon (astore).
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer’s estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.
With respect to items sold by Amazon, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Read more about Shipping & Delivery.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Amazon. Your purchases from third-party sellers are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Amazon.com or to products or services sold or distributed by Amazon or through Amazon.com in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in King County, Washington, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Please, read the Guarantee Protection FAQs.
This site accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, payment from your bank account, Amazon.com gift cards, Amazon.com Gift Card claim codes, and the Amazon Store Card. You can use debit, check, pre-paid, and gift cards issued by the companies above as well as their standard credit cards. For example, if you’re paying with a Visa Check Card please select Visa from the drop-down menu on the order form when indicating the card type. Similarly, if you’re paying with a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard. For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than U.S. dollars (USD), your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.
We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards. For grocery purchases, we are unable to apply manufacturer’s coupons, food stamps, or any other payment method not listed above.

Amazon.com Gift Card claim codes can be purchased with cash in almost any denomination and can be redeemed for millions of items on Amazon.com. Purchase an Amazon.com Gift Card or code from an authorized gift card reseller near you–no credit card required.
If you are using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express pre-paid credit or gift card, please note the following restrictions:
- Pre-paid gift cards can’t be combined with credit cards on a single order.
- Pre-paid gift cards can’t be used to sign up for Amazon Prime membership.
- Amex Gift Cards can’t be used to purchase Amazon.com gift cards.
- Some banks may require you to register pre-paid gift cards with your name and billing address by calling the number on the back of the card.
- Amazon.com does not support entering the three-digit CVV code normally found on the back of some cards. If entering the code is required by the issuing bank, your payment may not process successfully.
- We will process a $1 authorization at the time of order to make sure the payment method is valid. This authorization is not a charge, but your bank may hold the authorized funds as unavailable until the authorization expires.
If the item you’ve ordered is sold by Amazon.com, we will not charge your card for any items until after they enter the shipping process.
If you are using an American Express card and it expires with funds remaining, call American Express Customer Service (the number is on the back of the card) to have the funds moved onto a new card. American Express does not charge for this service.
